Funding

Women’s Health has been providing women with access to gynecological care and family planning services since 1973. We have not only survived, but thrived, thanks in large part to strong support from the community and our donors.

Our funding is provided in part through fees paid by our patients. We also receive donations from individuals, corporations, and through Foothills United Way; grants from private foundations; and government funding from local cities, Boulder County, and the federal government. Family planning services are partially funded by the federal Title X program. No government money is used, directly or indirectly, to support abortion services.

We gratefully acknowledge the support of the many individuals, businesses, foundations, and government entities which help fund Women's Health programs and services. For a complete listing of supporters, or to view Women's Health Revenue and Expenses, please see our 2006 Annual Report.

Become a corporate sponsor of Women’s Health

Not only will you be supporting critical safety net healthcare services for women, but your name will reach our many donors, supporters and patients. Many employers can no longer afford to provide health insurance benefits to their employees. Your sponsorship assures that these working women have access to adequate family planning services, so they can stay on the job and in control of their lives.
