How to Schedule an Appointment

Scheduling an appointment at Women’s Health can be done in two ways – Open Access or a Regularly Scheduled Appointment.

1. Open Access

Women’s Health offers next day, also known as open access, appointments.  These appointments are available Monday through Thursday in our Family Planning and Teen Clinics.

To schedule an open access appointment in the Family Planning clinic, you must call the day before you would like to come in.  Call as soon as the clinic opens in the morning.  Women’s Health opens at 9am Monday-Wednesday and at 10am on Thursdays.  Therefore, if you would like to make an open access appointment for Monday, you would need to call us Thursday morning at 10am.

If you are under the age of 20 and would like to make an appointment during Boulder Teen Clinic hours, you may request an open access appointment for Tuesday starting Monday morning at 9am.  You may request an open access appointment for Saturday starting Wednesday morning at 9am.

If you are under the age of 20 and would like to make an appointment during Longmont Teen Clinic hours, you may request an open access appointment for Wednesday starting Monday morning at 9am.

Roughly half of our Family Planning and Teen Clinic appointments are reserved for open access scheduling.  Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis.  Call as soon as the clinic opens for the best availability.

2. Regularly Scheduled Appointment

Open access scheduling is not required.  If you prefer not to use open access scheduling, you may schedule an appointment for our next availability, which is generally several weeks out.  To schedule an appointment, call 303-442-5160 during clinic hours.
