Fee for service
Approved provider for many insurance plans

1st Trimester only.
Fee for service. Insurance accepted. Financial assistance may be available.
Parental Notification
requirements for minors.
Recommended for women and girls age 9-26. Insurance accepted. Financial assistance available for low-income or uninsured patients.
